CORRUGATED CARTONS SINGLE WALL

Single wall corrugated card is best described as having an outer paper (usually kraft), a single layer of corrugated paper followed by a further layer of paper (usually test).

We are able to supply corrugated cases in various styles and board grades. All corrugated cartons are measured as follows width x breadth x depth and all measurements quoted are internal dimensions. Listed below are some of the sizes that we carry on the shelf for rapid despatch and competitive pricing, not listed are some 600 further stock sizes which we are able to supply at 5-7 days delivery. We can have manufactured to any size and quantity, either plain or printed, cartons to suit your precise needs. All the standard stock sizes listed in both single and double wall are 0201 style only.

Double wall corrugated card is best described as consisting of a layer of paper / corrugated paper / paper / corrugated paper and finally another layer of paper. The main advantage of this construction is the enhanced strength given to the box. This makes it far more suitable for the transport of heavy items.

DIE CUT CARTONS

These are made to order cartons which are cut using a tool to one of many styles. In most cases these boxes are made precisely to your specification and therefore will incur an initial tooling cost. We do however have access to some 200 cutters of various sizes and styles, so if your requirements are not too critical, we may be able to help.

POSTAL FOLDERS

Primarily used for sending books, videos, frames etc. through the mail or by carrier, these folders tend to fall into two main categories. The first being specialised die cut self seal book mailers, some sizes being available ex-stock. The second being corner cut folders which need to be sealed using tapes or similar. Much simpler in design these do not always require a die cutter to be made prior to manufacture. Again as with the die cut cartons we do have access to some 70 pre existing sizes.

These strong durable containers are manufactured of heavy duty corrugated card with an integral 4 way entry wooden pallet. Delivered flat packed and in three parts for ease of storage and transport, the pallet container can be quickly assembled and conversely disassembled for return. Listed below are the four most popular sizes which are available ex-stock. Other sizes as well as styles can be manufactured to your own requirements, subject to minimum of 10 units
