Spiral wound postal tubes are normally supplied to order, they can be made to almost any diameter, length and wall thickness. The finish paper can also be tailored to your own particular application, you need not just settle for white or brown but you could have them finished in coloured, textured, printed or even metallic papers.

We do carry in stock a range of postal tubes in the most commonly requested sizes. They are finished in white and come with plastic end plugs. If you have a large requirement we would recommend that you contact us for a specific quotation as opposed to using the pricing structure below.

Will these go through a letterbox? A standard letterbox in a wooden door has an opening of 42-45mm, these tubes being 38mm with a 2mm wall require a minimum of 42mm so will pass through a letterbox of this type. Vertical letterboxes and those fitted extensively to UPVC doors are narrower and these tubes will NOT fit through. We have looked into this problem, the next diameter down is 31.75 mm, which with the same 2mm wall requires an opening of 35.75 mm, small enough to go through the outer flap but too large to pass through the draught insulating brushes on the inside, so, still no good. Next one down from that is 25.4 mm, now this will fit, but is so small your precious scrolls will require a good ironing after receipt, an acceptable address label will not fit well on the outside nor indeed will a stamp.

Plain, printed, clear or co extruded we can supply. Available in both C4 and C5, or manufactured to any size as required (subject to minimum). Co extruded bags are ideal for any application in which, for security reasons, the product is not to be visible, yet retain the advantages of a polythene mailer.

Off the shelf we are able to offer a range of blue and silver finish opaque polythene mailers. These bags are completely opaque offering a high level of security for your products. All the sizes have a peel off tape seal with a high strength permanent adhesive.
