Safety Cutter for Steel Strapping

This is an essential piece of kit if you don't want to end up looking like Freddie Kruger. (Just a joke Freddie, honest!!)

Simple in construction and even simpler in use.   The steel strap is held by rubber pads on either side of the cutting blade, when you cut the strap, instead of the loose ends whipping away they are held firmly until released, what you do then is not explained.
