The Powder used in Sorba-freeze is an E.E.C. confirmed superabsorbent polymer which has the capacity to absorb up to 150 times its own weight of fluid, and up to 500 times its own volume. Its absorbency performance against pressure is also outstanding, when working in a confined space.

Once the fluids are absorbed, they are held and do not leak back, which is a major benefit under working conditions.
